Diocesan Manager, The Anglican Centre
UK born, Edwin Boyce, emigrated to NZ where he worked as an Electrical Engineer for central government. Early on in his career he served as an officer the RNZAF involved in technical training and worked in that capacity for 15 years. This was followed with two years running his own training consultancy business.Since then he has worked here and overseas in training, staff development and business improvement, including as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt with Swichtec, Invensys, where he was the Director of Integration for Asia / Pasific, and as the Head of Network Optimisation and Services for NZ Post. In his current role as Diocesan Manager for the Anglican Diocese of Christchurch, Edwin manages a vast array of people, processes and project outcomes.
Edwin is a problem solver and has a systems approach to all he does. He is a contributing member of his Church and community, and a sought-after speaker and trainer. He combines theory with practice and looks for win-win solutions. His authentic and unassuming manner belies his strength and effectiveness.
Edwin is keen to contribute to Canterbury by supporting local business, doing what he loves: helping business and people excel at what they do.
