Owner/Manager, Enable Change

Jill is a system and organisational change strategist; passionate about impacting the way we ‘do work’ in New Zealand; to front foot the demands of a changing world, to address equity; and enable the wellbeing of people and the environment to be at the centre of decision making; because business for good is good for business.

Recognised as a creative solution finder who combines strong engagement and relationship skills to facilitate collaboration and collective impact, Jill seeks to enable supportive and coordinated ecosystems for ‘growing impact’.

Her 25-year background in business leadership, development, marketing/communications and relationship management bridges the business start-up, community, corporate, local and central government spectrum. Her prior background in sport coaching provides a strong platform for leadership and governance, supported by stakeholder engagement skills honed through eight years in economic and community development.

A final-stage MBA Candidate (UC), Jill holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology and DipGrads in Teaching and Event Management.

Jill looks forward to extending her governance experience. She has spoken nationally on a range of topics including leadership, organisation culture, wellbeing, health, economic and community development, sport and education management.

Originally from Southland, Jill has been a Christchurch resident since 2004, is committed to Christchurch’s regeneration and can’t imagine being anywhere more exciting right now!
