The Chamber lobbies and advocates for businesses to protect members' interests and champion policies that allow New Zealand businesses to succeed. We do so both directly and indirectly through our strategic partners: BusinessNZ and the New Zealand Chambers of Commerce and Industry (NZCCI),
BusinessNZ is the leading national organisation representing the interests of New Zealand's business and employing sectors.
Advocating for enterprise and promoting the voice of thousands of businesses across New Zealand, BusinessNZ works for positive change through new thinking, productivity and innovation. With the ability to engage with government officials, community groups, MPs and Ministers on a daily basis BusinessNZ ensures business interests are represented throughout the policy making process.
The New Zealand Chambers of Commerce and Industry is a body of some 29 Chambers of Commerce throughout New Zealand who support over 22,000 members.
Each Chambers' role is to influence and inspire business and deliver success. As not-for-profit business membership associations, the New Zealand Chambers of Commerce promote, support and encourage sustainable, profitable business growth.
The Chambers do this by positively influencing the environment in which businesses operate, by providing training, advice, information and support.
