Andrew Logie

LOGIE Andrew croppedI am the Leader of Lane Neave’s Corporate and Commercial Law Team in Christchurch, having joined the firm in 1993.

Having practised law now for some 23 years, my areas of expertise include, business transactions, banking and finance, insolvency, franchising, commercial law and commercial contracts.

I am currently Chamber Vice-President, member of the Audit Committee, NZ Chambers of Commerce Board member representing Chamber South (Nelson, Marlborough, Canterbury and Timaru) and an Alternate Director on the Business NZ Board.

I have been principally responsible for and actively managed the Chamber’s Legal Helpdesk over the last 20 years and been a Board member for the last four years. Many Chamber members are now valued clients.

It is of particular interest and importance to me to assist, encourage and foster the business sector in Canterbury and the wider South Island as part of a “healthy” community and I am very proud of and committed to the Chamber and the role it plays in our community.

I am married and have two daughters attending primary school. My other interests include mountain biking, golf, scuba diving, skiing, boating and a passion for motor vehicles.
