Benjamin is a Partner in KPMG’s South Island Private Enterprise and Deal Advisory practice. They specialise in providing growth strategies and advisory services to privately owned companies. Prior to joining KPMG Benjamin held senior roles with a major trading bank where he provided advice and banking support to a broad range of South Island based business clients. He also acts as an advisory board member to a number of South Island based privately held companies.
After graduating from the University of Canterbury Benjamin built a career here in Canterbury supporting local, national and international businesses that call Christchurch home. He is extremely passionate about the economic and social growth of the Canterbury region and excited about the future for those of us lucky enough to live and work here.
Building future business leaders is something he is particularly passionate about. In 2007 he was a founding member of the Canterbury Young Professionals, later going on to facilitate the national roll out of the organisation.
Outside of work he is married and they have recently had their first child. He is a keen sportsman including competitive cycling and loves spending time on the peninsula at the family bach, time permitting.
