From information and advice on employment law, retention, performance management and disciplinary matters to assistance with employment agreements and help finding quality workers, our team draw on their extensive knowledge of Canterbury’s business environment, and their standing in the local community, to ensure organisations can attract and retain staff who will complement their business and contribute to the overall success of their enterprise.
Advice and Consultancy
Our experienced consultants will offer initial assessments-of-need at no cost to Chamber members on a huge range of topics before advising if you need to escalate to a paid consultancy service. At this time you will be given an indication of cost for the service. All consultancy services are offered at a preferential rate for Chamber members.
Training and Events
The Chamber provides public and in-house training covering all aspects of HR including courses on leadership and supervision, personal effectiveness, employment law, health & safety and people management.
