Dealing direct with the public requires a specific skillset, and we’ve developed seminars and workshops designed to arm retail and hospitality professionals with those skills. Our members can also access assistance with the latest rules, regulations and legal requirements, as well as information on health and safety, recruitment and retention of employees, help developing and managing budgets and cashflow and access to our comprehensive database of resources.

The Chamber provides public and in-house training courses on leadership and supervision, strategic business planning, health & safety, marketing, personal effectiveness, employment law, sales and business strategy.
