The ExportNZ Canterbury Breakfast features presentations from internationally successful New Zealand exporters providing a platform for learning, inspiration and networking.
This Export Breakfast will be focusing on the Hi-Tech sector, and will take place during NZ Tech Week, as we hear from two of our local Tech Award finalists - Paul Bingham of Shuttlerock and Shaun Maloney of ARANZ Geo, who will both share their export journey and their unique selling proposition. Also joining us will be Sysdoc CEO of Australia and New Zealand, Desiree Botica who will share their story, their export journey and how their educational software has helped companies through change management.

Paul Bingham - Executive Director, Shuttlerock

Paul Bingham has seen marketing at all levels gaining experience in agencies, major corporates and small business. In 2003 he was named Young Tourism Professional of the year and in 2008 was appointed as the youngest ever director of Air New Zealand. Paul is a shareholder and Chair of Black Cat Cruises and is a director of Ngai Tahu Tourism. He’s passionate about online marketing, especially being at the forefront of the digital revolution with Shuttlerock. Across a 23-year career he has lived a globetrotting lifestyle and now resides in Christchurch.
Shaun Maloney - Chief Executive Officer, ARANZ Geo

Hear from Shaun Maloney, who has been ARANZ Geo’s Chief Executive Officer since 2011 and was formerly Global Sales Channel Manager. Christchurch born New Zealander Shaun is from an international banking background and has worked in the UK providing strategic direction to NZ technology companies. In 2014 he was awarded a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship to study at Harvard and London Business Schools.
