I’m self-employed and help kiwi business thrive by finding their fame and lifting their game – much like the Chamber does. To put it another way I offer professional services in strategy, marketing and innovation.
With degrees in Food Science, Human Nutrition and Dairy Technology I bring more than 20 years' experience in B2B and B2C marketing gained here in New Zealand as well as in the UK and China. My expertise ranges from brand development, marketing planning and campaign execution, to new product development, project management and leadership. I’m a Business Mentors NZ mentor, a member of the Institute of Directors, and a committee member of the Canterbury branch of the New Zealand Food Science and Technology Institute. Thus, I bring important skills and thought diversity to the Chamber Board.
I’ve had experience working in and with businesses ranging from large multinational corporations to start-ups, and everything in between. This means I can relate to you as a Chamber member and recognise that each of you will have your own needs from the Chamber.
My job is all about listening, identifying needs and tailoring solutions to help businesses get where they want to go. As a Board member I will listen carefully to both what’s being said at the Board table, as well as to individual members, to ensure you get Chamber of Commerce you need.
Thanks for considering me for a position on the Board.
