Westpac Smarts - The Great Kiwi Productivity Gap

Addressing the great Kiwi productivity gap – how can businesses harness technology to work smarter, not harder?

New Zealand businesses continue to struggle with productivity.

According to the New Zealand Productivity Commission, the main contributor to economic growth has been from more hours worked rather than more output per hour, i.e. ‘working harder, not smarter’. We are said to lag behind comparable small, advanced economies. In the current economic climate and challenging labour market, how can New Zealand businesses use technology to gain a competitive advantage?

We have partnered with technology specialists CodeBlue, who will provide valuable insights on how your business can leverage the collaboration, automation and flexible working options offered by the Microsoft 365 suite to improve productivity. They will also discuss real world examples that could help your business get ahead by working smarter, not harder.

This event provides an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and connect with others.
