WELLBEING MATTERS PROGRAMME

Research shows that employee wellbeing and organisational success are inextricably linked. We’ve known that for a while anecdotally, but now we have both the science to support that hunch and evidence-based tools and techniques shown to boost employee and team wellbeing. This three-module course, with Dr Lucy Hone, from the NZ Institute of Wellbeing & Resilience, takes the wooliness out of wellbeing, providing research-supported but practical information to help build personal and staff wellbeing.
