Closing the Confidence Gap
Have you ever had that sinking feeling of self-doubt?
Like you’re winging it?
That any moment someone is going to figure out that you really don’t know what you are doing? …. despite the often overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
You are not alone! The Imposter Syndrome is reportedly experienced by 70% of people at some time of their life (male or female) and research suggests is more prevalent in high-achieving women … and that is why the focus of our 2018 Women’s Leadership Forum is on closing the confidence gap.
Packed with inspirational stories, this is the must-attend event for all women in, and aspiring into, leadership. Featuring speakers diverse in age and stage, who have successfully managed to tackle their inner critic, overcome self-doubt and break free from the impostor syndrome to flourish in their chosen career.
