Visitor Engagement - How to Create Lasting Impact

You’re exclusively invited….

To hear from Walt Disney Imagineer Mk Haley, who will talk on visitor engagement, and how to create lasting impact

For a long time consumerist culture has created a world saturated with products and services, and over that time it was enough to market based solely on materiality. This is no longer enough. The market now demands more - the whole experience package. It is no longer just about the product or service being offered, but the story to be told that goes with it and the journey to take the audience on.

This is an important concept to understand because the experience is an important ingredient in the future of business. The demand for experiences has grown immensely over the last 10 years it’s referred to as “the experience economy”.

Disney imagineer and queen of immersive experiences Mk Haley will inspire creativity, with her insight and expertise in designing impactful and lasting audience experiences, highlighting key considerations for building/designing new experiences, tools you can use and ways to measure the impact created.
