MOTIVATING YOUR PEOPLE

Is your team as motivated as it could be?

THIS COURSE IS FULL, PLEASE EMAIL MARY - maryb@cecc.org.nz TO BE PUT ON THE WAITLIST.

We all know that a motivated team is a productive one.

As well as increased productivity, a motivated workforce promotes a range of benefits, such as increased team morale and engagement, lower staff turnover and absenteeism rates, and a more creative, innovative and positive team culture.

So how do you motivate your people? Join us and our guest facilitator ASB Head of Coaching, Laurie Sharp, for this informative and interactive workshop on employee motivation.

Laurie will discuss psychology models and provide insight into common motivators we all share, as well as how to identify, understand and appeal to a person’s individual drivers.

With a focus on providing practical steps and effective strategies that every leader can implement in their personal approach and within their organisation, this workshop is ideal for team leaders or managers, as well as HR professionals.

Following Laurie’s address there will be an opportunity to ask questions and to discuss any challenges that you or your organisation may be facing.
