The ability to influence and persuade others to take action is a key skill for business.  This course looks at ways to gain buy-in from others.

This is a highly interactive workshop with both theoretical and practical components.

    - Aristotle - the importance of his three rhetorical proofs
    - French and Raven - the bases of social influence and power
    - Cialdini - the six principles of ethical influence
  • Framing communication around the four social styles
    - so as to flex to connect with people who are different and those who are similar
