MANAGING MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE

Many people will experience poor mental health at some point in their life, so it is important that managers and human resource professionals know how to respond and support their staff during such times.

In this one-day workshop, you will learn how to recognise signs of poor mental health and how to approach conversations sensitively and support staff experiencing mental ill health. Importantly this workshop will also provide you with the skills to help you gain confidence in managing mental health in the workplace.
