Join our three-part Strategic Sales Planning workshop series to devise processes, strategies, and tools to facilitate your organisations future sales success.

Operating successfully in a professional business development environment requires organisation, discipline, practice patience and tenacity, the model these sessions teach has been developed, tried, grown, refined, and proven across multiple, industries, markets, and countries. It is targeted at SMEs operating in B2B environments.

Facilitated across three half day sessions (run every two weeks) the programme will equip you with the insight and capability to develop an effective strategic sales & marketing plan.

  • Session One: Learn how sales & marketing work together, understand your customers and establish your sales process. (Monday 1 March)
  • Session Two: Establish an effective strategic sales methodology to generate and grow business opportunities. (Monday 15 March)
  • Session Three: Execute your sales plan playbook, building sales sustainability through consistent delivery and relationship management. (Monday 29 March)

Note:
Participants are encouraged to bring an additional attendee from their organisation to enhance the effectiveness in the discussion and application of the strategic sales processes. There will be no additional charge for the attendee, simply email training@cecc.org.nz to inform them of the additional attendees details and we will confirm and remind them of their attendance.
