Sales Planning for SME B2B business

Starting on Monday 1 March the Sales Planning Workshop is a practical, highly interactive, and hands-on business workshop series designed to support SME B2B businesses in devising a sales plan and actionable steps to generate leads and grow business opportunities. Facilitated by our specialist Sales Coach from APE consulting, the model these sessions teach has been developed, tried, grown, refined, and proven across multiple, industries, markets, and countries. It is targeted at SMEs operating in B2B environments.

To enhance the effectiveness of the sales planning workshop we encourage participating businesses to have 2 members of their business attend (for the price of one, *see below).

Facilitated across three half day sessions (run every two weeks) the programme will equip you with the insight and capability to develop an effective strategic sales & marketing plan.

  • Session One: Understand your customers and establish your sales process. (Monday 1 March)
  • Session Two: Establish an effective strategic sales approach to generate and grow business opportunities. (Monday 15 March)
  • Session Three: Execute your sales plan playbook, building sales sustainability through consistent delivery and relationship management. (Monday 29 March)
