Tracey Epps

Tracey specialises in international trade law. 

Tracey is available to assist the private sector and all levels of government with any aspect of international trade law, including customs matters, WTO rules, free trade agreements, trade remedies and export controls and sanctions.

In particular, she can advise the private sector on:

• benefits available under international trade agreements, such as preferential tariff rates for imported goods

• rules governing exports, including prohibited and restricted exports;

• regulatory requirements in export markets, from those concerning commodities to food products, from financial services to education services, and from cross-border e commerce to farming technologies

• regulatory requirements affecting New Zealand investors operating overseas

Nick Letham

Senior Associate, Corporate & Commercial, Chapman Tripp

Nick specialises in corporate and commercial law, with a particular interest in financial products (securities) law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance.

Nick advises a variety of clients across a range of industries, and has developed experience and expertise in the retirement village and aged care sector, rural services industries in both New Zealand and Australia, and NZX compliance and general companies and securities law.

Nick spent the years 2012-2013 in the UK completing his Master of Law at the University of Cambridge in between his time with Chapman Tripp.
