Overview

The effective administrator ensures the smooth running of a business and is an incredibly valuable person in an organisation. The administrator requires excellent communication skills and contributes to the positive image and reputation of an organisation by managing key administrative tasks and workplace relationships.

This practical half-day workshop will provide practical tools and techniques for increasing productivity and building excellence in administration skills.

  • Understanding the essential administration of meetings
  • Applying SMART techniques to manage time and set priorities.
