Workplace Driver Training

Workplace Driver Training works with workplaces to help keep your staff and your fleet of vehicles safe on our roads. The health and safety of your staff is a key aspect of a successful business these days and staff driving company cars present a significant health and safety risk that is sometimes over-looked. Driver training ensures that not only are your staff safer on the roads, but that other road users are safer as well. And your fleet and your brand. Investing in driver training helps give employers peace of mind across all these areas, gives staff greater knowledge, awareness and skills on the roads and helps minimise a significant health and safety risk to your company. Our half day workshops are designed to provide staff the opportunity to learn and develop skills and experiences that can't be replicated on the open road. Without taking staff out of work for a long period of time. Skills such as emergency braking and avoidance, eyes up driving and control, following distance and steering as well as a number of other demonstrations and learnings are delivered;all designed to help create safer roads for all users. Training is provided by qualified driving instructors and is completed in your vehicles on a private road/track. With small class numbers (max 18), we ensure all staff get to experience and test the skills taught and leave with greater awareness, knowledge and confidence. We also provide driver assessments for new staff to help identify any areas needing development before driving a company vehicle and/or clients and 4X4 training courses.
