Adviceline is a benefit available only to Thrive and Invest members, or to those who have purchased an HR Advice or HR Premium membership
This service connects members with external employment relations specialists for expert guidance on complex HR issues, including restructures, disciplinary matters and key employment legislation. Adviceline ensures timely, compliant solutions.

HR & ER Consulting
Our in-house HR/ER Consultant offers expert support on everything from disputes, grievances, and policies to best practices. Non-members are welcome and may be referred to our specialist for tailored consulting or offered the option to purchase an HR Service Membership.

Business Canterbury has played a pivotal role in helping to support members and the wider local business community during challenging times and times of crisis.
During the 2010-2011 Canterbury earthquakes, we worked with the former Canterbury Development Corporation (CDC), now ChristchurchNZ, to establish Recover Canterbury. We also helped with the Kaikōura earthquake recovery, and more recently managed the South Island COVID-19 Business Help Desk.
